BOOKING CUT OFF TIME: 2:30PM (For same day booking) All children are collected from school finish time onwards. A staff member is assigned to each key stage one year group and they go to each classroom and collect the children. When they arrive at the club, they will participate in a 20-minute session of homework/reading time. Once this is done, the fun can begin. At 3.50pm the children can participate in planned activities and free play. These activities are available throughout the evening and change daily in line with our yearly planning. Activities include quizzes, painting, sports games, group games, dancing, den building, movies, dressing up, arts & crafts and much more. In the afternoons, the children have access to our outdoor area, there is a selection of scooters, balls, skipping ropes, swing balls and much more! At 5.00pm the children will sit for their light evening snack (our menus are available on our website). After the children have eaten, they can go off to enjoy free play again until home time
Camp notes
Our Before and After School Club provision is held on site at Gravel Hill Primary School.
Any individuals collecting children from our care must be 16 years and above.
REMINDER: As stated in our T&Cs, once a booking is made, we do not offer refunds, transfers or credit notes.
This session runs from school finish time until 6:30pm. Same-day booking cut-off time is 2:30pm.
